I predict that in the next two years George W. Bush will:

1) Invade Iraq and find no weapons of mass destruction but will capture Saddam Hussein. Osama Bin Laden will continue run free somewhere in Pakistan.

2) Will run against John Kerry in 2004 after Howard Dean implodes. The election will tear the country apart. Bush will attack Kerry's war record and Kerry will go after Bush on the economy.

3) Will lose all three debates to John Kerry. But that won't matter to middle America who completely ignore all logic when making decisions that effect their lives. Toting a gun, killing 'sand-niggers,' stopping the spread of smut on the public airwaves and force-feeding Christianity to children is far more important than bankrupting the country, lying to the world, pre-emptive war doctrines and tromping over our allies.

4) Will win re-election with Ohio being the new Florida. Questions will abound about the validity of the election but Bush will erroneously claim a mandate.

5) Two thirds of his cabinet will resign after the re-election. As they leave office a brave few will begin to tell the truth about the Bush administration...only to be quickly silenced.

6) Rehnquist will step down with medical issues. This opportunity to change the court will prompt a massive confirmation battle in the Senate. Ultimately Bush will get his nominee but only through a Tom DeLay reengineering of the approval process. DeLay's tinkering with Senate procedures will ultimately lead to a virtual blockade on all Republican.
